Lady Isabella's Secrets

"The graphic novel  series of an alchemist woman in the 16th century and her adventures."

This illustrated story based on Isabella’s recipes is set against the backdrop of sixteenth century Rome during the Counter Reformation. Although simple recipes aimed to provide remedies for the everyday problems of ordinary people, Isabella’s preparations were considered highly suspect by the Church authorities.

Behind every written story is a story how it was born.
